Gift/Donation Policy

All gifts to the Edward & Vienna Le Foundation are voluntary and, once processed, are final and generally non-refundable. If a donor believes a contribution was made in error — including a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or an unintended recurring gift — the donor must submit a written request to info@evlefoundation.org within thirty (30) days of the date the donation was made. The request must include proof of the donation (such as a transaction confirmation, receipt, or bank or card statement excerpt) and a written explanation of the error giving rise to the request. Requests submitted after this thirty (30) day period, or that do not include the required documentation, will not be considered. The Foundation will review each timely and properly documented request and, in its sole discretion, determine whether a correction, adjustment, or refund is warranted. Any approved refund will be issued using the original method of payment where reasonably possible.

The Foundation directs contributions toward its educational, direct assistance, community service, and outreach initiatives as described on its Missions page, and reserves the right to apply undesignated gifts where the need is greatest.

No goods or services were provided in exchange for a contribution unless otherwise stated at the time of the gift. Donors should retain their receipt for tax purposes.
