Rev. 09/2026

The Edward & Vienna Le Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 41-4391914). Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

In accordance with IRS requirements, the Foundation's application for tax-exempt status (Form 1023) and its three most recent annual information returns (Form 990) are available for public inspection. Copies of these documents are available upon request by contacting info@evlefoundation.org.

State charitable solicitation registration:

Nevada law exempts organizations whose only solicitation activity in the state is conducted remotely — by mail, telephone, or through an internet website — from separate charitable solicitation registration, provided the organization does not otherwise maintain a physical presence or staff in the state for fundraising purposes. The Foundation solicits contributions through the Site rather than through in-person solicitation in Nevada, and relies on this exemption accordingly.

Washington State law separately requires charitable organizations soliciting contributions from Washington residents to register with the Washington Secretary of State's Charities Program, distinct from the foreign qualification and registered agent already on file there. Registration status for any charity, including the Foundation, can be verified by calling 360-725-0377 or visiting ccfs.sos.wa.gov.

As the Foundation's online fundraising reaches residents of additional states, it will register for charitable solicitation in those states as required by each state's law.
